The City of West Lafayette Wastewater Utility has installed a combined heat and power (CHP) system consisting of two 65kW Capstone microturbines. The system uses biogas from the facility's anaerobic digesters to generate electricity while the wastewater from the microturbines is used to heat the digesters. | |
