The Sustainable Energy Funding Program (SEFP) is a 501(c)(3) that provides non-profit financing for renovations, historic preservation, or new construction projects that improve energy efficiency, serve a public purpose, and promote economic development. The organization also finances the building of biomass or CHP plants, micro-grids, district heating systems, or waste water treatment facilities. SEFP's non-profit financing is available to non-profit organizations, hospitals, healthcare facilities, correctional institutions, colleges, universities, school districts, veterans/affordable housing, nursing homes, towns, municipalities, cities, counties, and state governments.
