| Other Incentive Details | Qualifying CHP projects are selected through a request for proposal (RFP) process. All responses to the RFP should be made through the Proposal Portal, where bidders must submit the necessary documentation. Proposals can be submitted any time up to and including Friday, December 21, 2012. Note that there may be a second and/or third round of RFPs depending upon available funding. |
