Incentive Size and Funding Source$1,500,000 is available from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and alternative compliance payments for public municipal or district water or wastewater facilities to complete clean energy projects. CHP projects are eligible under this funding opportunity. The maximum grant available is $200,000.
