Posters and Exhibits
The 2015 Call for Proposals is now available! For information on how to submit a proposal, please visit the Call for Proposals page.
Informal poster presentations and more formal exhibits offer an opportunity to visually share information with conference attendees. There is no fee for presenting a poster or displaying an exhibit. Posters and exhibits marketing commercial products or services are prohibited.
By presenting a poster, you have the opportunity to engage your audience for the entire length of the conference as opposed to one particular session. In addition, the conference agenda includes two scheduled poster presentation sessions during which you can discuss your poster with conference participants.
Check this page in early spring 2015 for information about applying to present a poster.
Unmanned tabletop or free-standing exhibits that present community involvement programs or organizational information or examples of outreach, education, or other community involvement products will be displayed in the ballroom foyer throughout the conference. There is no fee for displaying an exhibit. Exhibits are not eligible for the poster presentation awards. Exhibits marketing commercial products or services are prohibited.
Note: If you are selected to present an exhibit, you will be responsible for the set-up and break-down of your exhibit.
Limited space is available for exhibits and may be requested on a first-come, first-served basis. Check back in early spring 2015 for further information about requesting exhibit space.
