The Technical Support Document is updated to correct a page number reference error in the table of contents. Finally, there is an erratum for the Technical Support Document: on page 5, the first bullet under What's New in eGRID2010, the parenthetical phrase "(only the state level does not have the CO2 equivalent total output emission rate)" is incorrect and should be ignored.
