New Jersey
New Jersey's Clean Energy Program provides information and financial incentives to help New Jersey residents, businesses, and communities reduce their energy consumption, lower costs, and protect the environment. The Program, administered by the NJ Board of Public Utilities, collaborates with other state agencies to transform the energy marketplace in New Jersey towards clean generation technology and more efficient energy use. Through innovative policies and incentives, the state is promoting energy-saving practices and advancing renewable energy to lower pollution from conventional power sources and improve overall system reliability. The Clean Energy Program and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection are working in partnership with EPA's Clean Energy-Environment State partnership to evaluate policy options and assess resulting benefits to the environment, economy, and energy infrastructure.
