Public Hearing: Proposed Rule for Deferral of CO2 emissions from Bioenergy and Other Biogenic Sources under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Title V Programs

Registration for the April 5, 2011 public hearing on the Proposed Rule for Deferral of CO2 emissions from Bioenergy and Other Biogenic Sources under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Title V Programs has closed. A transcript of the public hearing will be available electronically at http://regulations.gov, EPA's electronic public docket and comment system by April 22nd, 2011. Materials for this proposed action can be accessed using Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2011-0083.

At this time EPA cannot accommodate any additional registrants for the teleconference line.

The public will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Sign-in will begin at 2:15 pm. Please remember to bring a picture ID and allow time to pass through building security.
