Information Sheets for Each of the Source Categories Covered in the Rule
This series of information sheets is intended to assist potential reporters and others to understand key provisions of the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule. The “General Provisions” information sheet provides an overview of the source categories covered under this rule. The source-specific information sheets highlight key information on each specific emission category. To assist you, provided are checklists for some source categories. The monitoring checklist identifies the data needed to monitor starting January 1, 2010. If you have additional questions about the rule, please view the FAQs, contact EPA directly via email, or download a full copy of the rule.
The guidance sheets at the end of the table are not subparts of the rule but are intended to assist specific audiences (e.g. Small Businesses) with information that could be useful to understanding the rule.
