Logistics and Registration Information
The second of two public hearings will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m in Sacramento, California. Logistical information to facilitate your attendance is provided below. Pre-registration especially for those wishing to make public comments is recommended due to timing and capacity limitations. Once you arrive in the lobby level, there will be signs directing you to the appropriate floor and meeting room. EPA will also web stream the public hearing; further information on participating in the web stream will be provided later:

Public Transportation
The Sacramento Convention Center is accessible by transit, using Sacramento Regional Transit’s (RT) services. Buses run on both the J Street and L Street sides of the complex, with stops just steps away from the facility’s front doors. If using Light Rail transit, the Cathedral Stop is three blocks west of the K Street entrance. If traveling to the Convention Center by Greyhound Bus, the 7th and L Street station is seven blocks west of the K St. Mall entrance.
Driving Directions
From Reno (East):
Take Interstate 80 West to I-5 South towards Sacramento. Take the J Street exit; follow J Street and the hotel will be located on the right side of J Street.
From San Francisco (West):
Take I-80 East to U.S. 50 East. Take the I-5 North exit towards Redding. Exit onto J Street. Proceed on J Street and the hotel will be located on the right.
From South:
Travel North on I-5 and exit at J Street. Proceed on J Street and the hotel will be located on the right hand side between 12th and 13th Streets.
From Sacramento International Airport:
Take Interstate 5 South to Sacramento and exit at J Street. Proceed on J Street, and the hotel will be located on the right hand side between 12th and 13th Streets.

Public Parking
Parking for the Sacramento Convention Center Complex is available at the city-run Memorial Garage at 14th and H Streets and privately owned lots within walking distance of the facilities. Parking rates vary by location and event. Also, on-street parking meters surround the Convention Center and currently require $.25 per 15 minutes. Parking for visitors with disabilities can be found in the parking lots and at meters.

The Sheraton Hotel across the street from the convention center offers both valet and self-parking services. Valet parking is $21.00/day for registered guests. Self-parking in the parking garage is $13.00/day for registered guests.
