Public Hearings: Greenhouse Gas Mandatory Reporting Rule

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the West Coast hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2009, at the Sacramento Convention Center, Sacramento, CA. Pre-registration is recommended for all, but especially for those planning to make oral comments due to time and capacity limitations. EPA will also audio web stream the public hearing; further information on participating in the web stream will be provided later.

Two public hearings have been scheduled to take place; one in Arlington, Virginia that was held on April 6-7, 2009; and the upcoming hearing to be held in Sacramento, California, on Thursday April 16, 2009. If you wish to make oral comments at the Sacramento hearing, please check the appropriate box below for time of day. Due to the number of people anticipated to speak at the hearings, oral comments must be limited to 5 minutes or less. You will be scheduled to speak on a first-registered, first-assigned basis. Audio-visual equipment will not be provided.
