Cleanup Enforcement

1. Provide a thorough explanation of the dry cleaning operation of the Company. This explanation should include, but not be limited to, a statement of the number of people employed, the procedure followed in dry cleaning items, a description of the chemicals used in the dry cleaning operation and a description of how the various chemicals are/were handled or disposed of.
2. Provide the amount of perchloethylene used by the Company. The submittal should estimate the amount used for each transporter and disposal facility used for spent materials.
3. Identify all current and/or past production records kept by the Company and describe the contents of such records.
