More than just a website, this network of state and local sites gives coastal decision makers a place to find and share resilience-related resources. It also provides tools for collaboration.

This quarterly publication supplies up-to-date information about the tools and services developed by the NOAA Coastal Services Center for the nation’s coastal resource managers.
University of Rhode Island Coastal Landscapes Program
The University of Rhode Island provides extensive education, outreach, and training resources to encourage stewardship of coastal landscapes, covering sustainable landscaping practices, managing landscapes in the coastal buffer zone, low-impact development approaches to stormwater management, proper planting in the coastal buffer zone, and invasive plant management in the coastal buffer zone.
Climate Change Effects
Climate Change Clearinghouse for the Water Community
The Water Research Foundation created this site to provide information on its climate change strategic initiative as well as its climate-related research on water utility energy management, infrastructure, water utility management and communications, water quality, and water resources.
Climate Change, Wildlife, and Wildlands Toolkit
This kit is designed for classroom teachers and informal educators. The kit was developed to aid educators in teaching how climate change is affecting our nation’s wildlife and public lands, and how everyone can become "climate stewards."
Public Listening Sessions: Sea Level Rise and Population Growth in North Carolina (PDF) (68 pp, 4.7MB)
This report summarizes a series of seven public listening sessions held during the summer of 2008 by the Albemarle-Pamlico Conservation and Communities Collaborative in partnership with the Albemarle-Pamlico National Estuary Program.
Virtual Barrier Island
The Bureau of Economic Geology along with the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, has developed a 3-D virtual model of the Gulf of Mexico and Texas coastal environments for use in the classroom and for the general public to explore how relative sea level change rise, caused by climate change and other causes, may impact the coastal zone.

NOAA estuaries.gov
Through estuaries.gov, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration aims to advance estuarine and coastal literacy. The site includes data on estuaries, an Estuaries 101 curriculum for high schools, volunteer opportunities, and a wide range of resources.
Training
Coastal Training Program
Administered through the Padilla Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, this program provides practical, science-based training to professionals who make decisions about coastal management in Washington State.
EPA Watershed Academy
This online training and certification program offers a variety of self-paced training modules that represent a basic and broad introduction to the watershed management field.
NOAA Coastal Services Center Training
The NOAA Coastal Services Center provides training to the coastal resource managers of the nation. Courses are limited to coastal resource management professionals and are available at minimal cost to participants and host organizations.

EPA National Water Program Strategy: Response to Climate Change
This strategy provides an overview of the likely effects of climate change on water resources and the nation's clean water and safe drinking water programs. It also describes more than 40 specific actions EPA's National Water Program intends to take to adapt program implementation in light of climate change.
NOAA Climate Literacy: The Essential Principles of Climate Science
This guide presents key information about Earth’s climate, impacts of climate change, and approaches to adaptation or mitigation. It aims to promote greater climate science literacy by providing an educational framework of principles and concepts.
