Climate Change, Wildlife, and Wildlands Toolkit
This kit is designed for classroom teachers and informal educators. The kit was developed to aid educators in teaching how climate change is affecting our nation’s wildlife and public lands, and how everyone can become "climate stewards."

Virtual Barrier Island ![]()
The Bureau of Economic Geology along with the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, has developed a 3-D virtual model of the Gulf of Mexico and Texas coastal environments for use in the classroom and for the general public to explore how relative sea level change rise, caused by climate change and other causes, may impact the coastal zone.

Administered through the Padilla Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, this program provides practical, science-based training to professionals who make decisions about coastal management in Washington State.
EPA Watershed Academy
This online training and certification program offers a variety of self-paced training modules that represent a basic and broad introduction to the watershed management field.
NOAA Coastal Services Center Training
The NOAA Coastal Services Center provides training to the coastal resource managers of the nation. Courses are limited to coastal resource management professionals and are available at minimal cost to participants and host organizations.

This strategy provides an overview of the likely effects of climate change on water resources and the nation's clean water and safe drinking water programs.
