6-9 months – prototype for “coastal report card” using a variety of data from the past 10 years
18 months – statistically-based report card on the condition of all the streams in the Mid-Atlantic
24 months –statistically-based report card on the nation’s estuaries using the same design and indicators in all 24 marine coastal states
48 months – statistically-based report card on the condition of the streams of the West
