| IV. SPECIAL HANDLING AND WORKER PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND FIELD APPLICATION |
| 1. Flammability: Non-flammable 2. Ventilation: Use general ventilation to minimize exposure to vapor or mist. 3. Skin and eye contact; protective clothing; treatment in case of contact: Skin contact - immediately flush with copious amounts of water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, see a doctor. Eye contact - may cause eye irritation. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water. If irritation persists, immediately see a doctor. Hygenic practices - wear safety glasses. Wear gloves in accordance with routine laboratory safety precautions. 4.a. Maximum storage temperature: >70ºC 4.b. Minimum storage temperature: -25ºC 4.c. Optimum storage temperature range: 4.d. Temperatures of phase separations and chemical changes: No phase or chemical separation observed. |

| VI. RECOMMENDED APPLICATION PROCEDURE |

1. Application Method: Recommended application is by aircraft, fireboat monitors or similar apparatus. 2. Concentration/Application Rate: Concentration varies with spilled material - solvents at 5%, light oils at 10%, medium oils at 10%, and heavy oils at 10%. 3. Conditions for Use: Data is for water temperature of 40ºF to 65ºF. There are no known application restrictions. |

| N/D = Not detected *During the analysis of cyanide on sample #V202057-01 (Petrotech Dispersant) analyst encountered interferences due to the matrix of sample. Soapy residue created a false positive for cyanide. Sample showed no traces of cyanide. Value related to the soap film turbidity. |
