9:30 a.m. -- Discuss and resolve text related to the Definition of Endocrine Disruptor

10:00 a.m. -- Overview of changes to Chapter 3, Conceptual Framework; discuss and resolve:

new text that discusses the addition of HTPS to the framework and clarifies the difference between alternative means of meeting the requirements of versus bypassing T1S; and,
the new flow chart for Chapter 3.

10:30 a.m. -- Break

10:45 a.m. -- Overview of changes to Chapter 4, Priority Setting; discuss and resolve text and other changes associated with:

revisions to Figure 1 and the proposed elimination of what had been Figures 2 and 3 in the 2/3/98 draft;
the handling of polymers;
the handling of mixtures;
the approach to priority setting for T1S; and,
the approach to priority setting for T2T.

12:30 p.m. -- Lunch

1:45 p.m. -- Continue with discussion of Chapter 4

2:30 p.m. -- Overview of changes to Chapter 5, Screening and Testing; discuss and resolve text associated with:

T1S issues (e.g., selecting single dose for in vivo);
Tier 2 Testing design parameters (e.g., guidance, selecting target doses, low dose considerations)
Weight of evidence principles for evaluating T1S and T2T results; and,
Summarization of the handling of several interrelated issues (i.e., HTPS, bypassing T1S, low dose, and definitive nature of T2T).

3:45 p.m. -- Continue with discussion of Chapter 5
