Table Name: AFS_AIR_PGM_CLASS

Description: This table maps the many-to-many relationship existing between a plant, the air program maonitoring that plant, and the classification code(s) attributed to that plant. The codes define whether the plant is a major or minor emitter of certain violating pollutants. One plant/air program combination can be classified by many classification codes and one classification code can describe many plant/air program combinations. Attributes in AFS_AIR_PGM_CLASS are retrievable by EF_AFS_ID + AIR_PROGRAM_CODE + EPA_STATE_IND.
