EF/EMCI Logo Attribute: EMCI_CHEMNAME


Definition:

The name of the chemical substance. The preferred source of the name is the CAS Index Name (9CI Inverted) from the CAS Chemical Registry System. The EPA Register of Lists (RoL) was the initial source of data for this attribute. The RoL obtained the CAS Index Name from the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory, where available.
