Remarks: This date is an approximation and should be interpreted in conjunction with the Source of Data. For example, for the Toxic Release Inventory System (TRIS), the Last Reported Date is the received date from the most recent submission, and the value of the Source of Data is "TRI REPORTING FORM". For program systems where the date cannot be approximated, the value of the Last Reported Date is left null.
