Column Name: FAC_LONGITUDE
Description: The series of numbers which identifies the exact physical location of the facility as a measure of the arc or portion of the earth's equator between the meridian of the center of the facility and the prime meridian. The right-justified value is stored as degrees, minutes and seconds (0DDDMMSS). Tenths of seconds are not stored. The value is negative for locations in the Western hemisphere.
