Description: Indicates the maximum number of decimals that can be used to quantify a chemical. This measurement applies to release, transfer and source reduction quantities. PBT (Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic) chemicals, including Dioxins and Dioxin-like Compounds, can be quantified using numbers to the right of the decimal point. The measurement expresses the maximum number of positions to the right of the decimal point that a PBT chemical can be expressed in. All other Non-PBT chemicals are reported as whole numbers.
