Description: The total amount (in pounds) of the toxic chemical released directly to the environment or sent offsite for recycling, energy recovery, treatment, or disposal during the reporting year due to remedial actions, catastrophic events such as earthquakes or floods, and one-time events not associated with normal or routine production processes. These amounts are not included in the amounts reported in sections 8.1-8.7 (TRI_SOURCE_REDUCTION_QTY).
