Column Name: PROVINCE

Description: The province of the location to which the toxic chemical in wastes is transferred. A facility may transfer toxic chemicals in waste to off-site locations that are outside of the United States. The province field gives a facility the flexibility needed to enter a correct off-site location address that is outside the United States.
