May 24, 2006	Web Council approved the new template and documentation.
Completed	QA pilots on public site
July 3, 2006	Template 3.2.1 released. All new areas (static/cold fusion) created must use template 3.2.1, with the exception of Domino and Oracle dynamically-generated pages.
August 1, 2006	OEI established a conversion verification program for template 3.2.1.
August 1, 2006	New Domino and Oracle applications must use template 3.2.1.
Ongoing	Template 3.2.1 and CSS training.
September 28, 2007	Entire Web site including dynamic driven sites will be using template 3.2.1. Track your conversion status.
