Employee Viewpoint Survey (EVS) Results
The annual federal Employee Viewpoint Survey is an important management tool for federal leaders. The EPA's EVS results represent a snapshot in time of employee perceptions and provide agency leadership with insight into the unique strengths and challenges of the workforce. A fundamental understanding of employee views allows agency leadership to attract and retain the best, most talented employees in an effort to fulfill our mission of protecting human health and the environment.
