Managers
- Assisting Presidential
Management Fellows in creating an Individual Development Plan
- Sending the Presidential
Management Fellows to Office of Personnel Management - sponsored Presidential
Management Fellows Orientation Training in the
first year and to the Presidential
Management Fellows Graduation Training Program at the completion
of the second year.
- Allowing the Presidential
Management Fellows to participate in at least 80 hours of formal training
during each year of the fellowship
- Providing the Presidential
Management Fellows with the opportunity to go on rotational assignments
- Providing guidance and feedback throughout the Presidential
Management Fellows fellowship
- Giving the Presidential
Management Fellows challenging and interesting assignments
Presidential Management Fellows
- Developing an Individual Development Plan with supervisor’s
assistance
- Participating and making a meaningful contribution to the individual’s
office
- Attending the Presidential
Management Fellows Orientation and Graduation Trainings sponsored
by Office of Personnel Management.
- Researching and asking permission for attending formal training sessions
that are useful to both the individual and the office
- Participating in Action Learning Teams (required, beginning with
2005 Presidential Management Fellows)
- Participating in Monthly EPA Presidential
Management Fellows Meetings (also required)
