Comprehensive Procurement Guideline (CPG) II designated an additional 12 products containing recovered materials. Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (RMAN) II provided EPA's recommendations for purchasing these products containing recovered materials.

- This document provides a comprehensive summary of all the supporting analyses used by EPA to issue the Final CPG II and the Final RMAN II. The document explains EPA's overall objectives, the process for designating procurement items, and the methodology used in recommending recovered materials content levels for items designated in the Final CPG II. In addition, it lists the recommended procurement practices for designated items and provides EPA's detailed response to public comments received on the proposed CPG II and the draft RMAN II Federal Register notices.
