- This document provides a comprehensive summary of all the supporting analyses used by EPA to issue the final CPG III and the final RMAN III. The document explains EPA's overall objectives, the process for designating procurement items, and the methodology used in recommending recovered materials content levels for those items designated in the CPG III. In addition, it lists the recommended procurement practices for designated items and provides EPA's detailed response to public comments received on the proposed CPG III and draft RMAN III Federal Register notices.
