Companies Exporting Cathode Ray Tubes for Reuse (as of September 2009)
Companies listed in the table below have submitted written notifications to EPA Regional Import-Export Coordinators to inform EPA of their intention to export used, intact cathode ray tubes (CRTs) for reuse as required under the CRT rule (40 CFR 261.41). The table lists the US exporter name, site address, and the date the notice was received. This table will be updated quarterly.
The exporters listed below must keep copies of normal business records demonstrating that each shipment will be reused. Records must be retained for three years. The notices are required to be submitted only once.
