Privatization
of the Biennial Report Software
Information on the EPA's efforts to privatize the development of software
required by State and Federal Agencies for biennial reporting to the EPA
about the generation, management and final disposition of hazardous waste
regulated by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
Addendums
These addendums have been posted as a result of corrections that have been made to the published National Biennial Reports. It is important to look at these addendums when looking at the National Reports to make sure that you are getting a full representation of the data. These addendums are posted on a quarterly basis by reporting cycle.

The material in this guide covers submissions by states and regions to EPA Headquarters (HQ). The file specifications in this guide are not intended to be used to cover submissions by individual reporting sites. Also, this guide is only intended to specify the file and data formats for the submission and is not intended to cover any procedural or EPA programmatic issues.
