2006 WasteWise & NPEP Conference: Partnering for Success in Sustainability
The 2006 WasteWise and NPEP Annual Conference: Partnering for Success in Sustainability was held on October 19th - 20th, 2006, at The Westin Arlington Gateway Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. EPA recognized organizations for their hard work and superior efforts in the WasteWise program and the National Partnership for Environmental Priorities (NPEP).
Members and organizations interested in WasteWise and/or NPEP attended this two-day conference. Topics covered included waste reduction, the climate-waste link, and reduction of priority chemicals (PCs). In addition, WasteWise announced the new WasteWise Communities Campaign.
