Walton Ridge Timber Sale, Umpqua National Forest, Lane County, 
Oregon



AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.



ACTION: Cancellation of an environmental impact statement.






SUMMARY: On March 29, 1991, a Notice of Intent to prepare an 
environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Walton Ridge Timber Sale 
on the Cottage Grove Ranger District of the Umpqua National Forest was 
published in the Federal Register (56 FR 13110). Forest Service has 
decided to cancel the environmental analysis process for the Walton 
Ridge Timber Sale. The Notice of Intent is hereby rescinded.
