Lake Creek Timber Sale, Umpqua National Forest, Douglas County, 
Oregon



AGENCY: Forest Service, USDA.



ACTION: Cancellation of an environmental impact statement.






SUMMARY: On July 10, 1991, a Notice of Intent to prepare an 
environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Lake Creek Timber Sale on 
the Diamond Lake Ranger District of the Umpqua National Forest was 
published in the Federal Register (56 FR 31371). Forest Service has 
decided to cancel the environmental analysis process of the Lake Creek 
Timber Sale. The Notice of Intent is hereby rescinded.
