Correction

    In notice document 02-1649 beginning on page 3169 in the issue of 
Wednesday, January 23, 2002 make the following correction:
    On page 3170, in the second column, in the first paragraph, in the 
sixth line, the phrase ``Federal 2002'' is corrected to read ``February 
2002''.
