[OPP-300480A; FRL-5751-5]

Aminoethoxyvinylglycine; Pesticide Tolerances; Correction

AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Final rule; correction.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

SUMMARY: In the Federal Register of May 7, 1997 (62 FR 24835) (FRL-
5713-5), EPA established time-limited tolerances for residues of the
plant regulator aminoethoxyvinylglycine in or on the food commodities
apples and pears. The reference dose (RfD) was incorrectly stated. This
document corrects the RfD. On page 24836, column three, third full
paragraph, line 11, the RfD was incorrectly stated as ``0.0002''; the
correct RfD is ``0.002.''
