HOW TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS FROM THE OFFICE OF PESTICIDES
- You may obtain copies of releasable documents by visiting the OPP
Public Docket, or requesting documents by mail, fax, or telephone. When
requesting documents, please provide the docket number and name of chemical
(e.g., D-2020A, Aldicarb).
- Each document in the OPP Docket has a "ID" number and one of three
suffixes - "A", "B", or "C". The suffix identifies the release category
of each document. The categories are described as follows:
| D-XXXXA: |
Releasable to anyone.

| D-XXXXB: |
Releasable to persons who submit a signed Affirmation of Non-multinational
Status form. If "B" documents appear on the index, a copy of the
Affirmation is attached.

| D-XXXXC: |
Claimed confidential by the submitter. Requests for "C" documents
will be processed under the Freedom of Information Act and EPA's
public information regulations at 40 CFR Part 2, subpart S. |
FEES
- You may visit the OPP Public Docket and reproduce "A" documents free
of charge. If you request documents by telephone, fax, or mail, you
will receive the first 100 pages free of charge as a non-commercial
requester. $.15 per page will be charged for additional pages. Requests
which may exceed $25.00 will be processed under the Freedom of Information
Act (FOIA).
The FOIA fee schedule for commercial requesters is as follows:
