This World Gas Conference paper was developed in collaboration with PEMEX of Mexico, Pluspetrol of Argentina, Gazprom of Russia, and EnCana of the United States. The paper summarizes established methods to identify, measure, and reduce methane emissions from equipment and processes in oil and natural gas operations.
