EPA proposed amendments to the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) that affect this subpart. The amendments consist of three parts: Minor Technical Amendments, Amendments Related to Global Warming Potentials (GWPs), and Confidentiality Determinations for new or revised data elements. Data that must be reported once under Subpart L, section 98.126(a) and (f) should be included as part of the RY 2011 annual report, due September 28, 2012. More Information.
