EPA proposed amendments to the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP) that affect this subpart. The amendments consist of three parts: Minor Technical Amendments, Amendments Related to Global Warming Potentials (GWPs), and Confidentiality Determinations for new or revised data elements.
