Michigan Department of Environmental Quality’s Office of the Great
Lakes (OGL) will continue efforts to develop a strategy for
addressing Lake Huron. OGL will compile existing information and
data for initial development of a planning document for Lake Huron.
OGL will work with the Great Lakes Fishery Commission’s Lake Huron
Committee to coordinate the development of environmental objectives
for Lake Huron. This project may perform some of the
preliminary tasks associated with the development of a Lakewide
Management Plan for Lake Huron.
