RDMQ Metadata
Since 1996, GLNPO has used the Research Data Management and Quality Control System, or RDMQ, developed jointly by Environment Canada and Syd Allan, to perform routine quality control and data management for the Lake Michigan Mass Balance data in a systematic, well-documented and timely manner. RDMQ is a SAS-based program configured to load, flag, revise, and export data into several spreadsheet formats.  The metadata tables are in html format and consist of the codes used to describe the data.
