Girl Scouts and other volunteers spend a beautiful Saturday planting marsh grass.	US Navy and Escambia County personnel help move the recycled concrete to help build the oyster reef.	US Marines lead a shoreline clean-up effort.
Volunteers from local civic groups work hard installing Spartina alterniflora during winter low tides	Local school students learn about habitat restoration aboard the "American Star"	Educational boat tours give everyone a chance to help build the oyster reef - they "seed the reef" with oyster shell!!
