About this project: Suwannee River Water Management District
The Big Bend Seagrass Resource Initiative will establish the baseline condition of seagrass habitat in the northern Big Bend region of Florida, including distribution/cover, abundance and health.
Also, through an intensive on the ground monitoring program, the Suwannee River Water Management District and the Florida Marine Research Institute will establish baseline water quality and sediment conditions in the northern Big Bend region.
