Data Quality Act/Information Quality Guidelines

This two-hour workshop provides background information and descriptions of Information Quality Guidelines (IQGs), detail what information is subject to IQGs, and the relationship of the Data Quality Act and IQGs. Assessment factors for evaluating the quality of scientific and technical information is reviewed, including peer review. Pre-dissemination review and correction processed is explained and examples provided.
