Description
EPA's Region 6 Headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas, and is responsible for EPA operations in Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, and 65 Tribal Nations. Office functions in Region 6 include the Office of Environmental Justice and Tribal Affairs, Border Liason Office, Water Quality Protection Division, and a Superfund Division.

- In January 2012, the building in which the Region 6 Office is located received the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC's) LEED®
Silver level certification for existing buildings: operations and maintenance (EB: O&M). - The building in which the Region 6 Office is located was awarded the ENERGY STAR®
in 2006 with a score of 76, in 2009 with a score of 82, in 2010 with a score of 77, and in 2012 with a score of 78.
Green Power
