| Partner Profile Grace Church School (GCS) works towards reducing their carbon footprint on many levels. GCS receives all of its energy through renewable sources. The school is actively looking for ways to reduce its energy use. The school participates in the Green Cup Challenge and educates the community about behavioral changes that can impact energy use. The school's switch to green power and energy reduction has not only reduced the school's carbon footprint, it saved the community money. "Throughout the school, you'll see small footprints and little birds on laminated paper, located on light switches and monitors and high-traffic areas, reminding students and adults to switch off the lights when not in use.
