Corporate headquarters are located in Holland, Michigan. Haworth owns and operates 10 manufacturing facilities in the USA. Haworth also operates 2 facilities in Canada, 8 in Europe and 2 in the Asia-Pacific region. All facilities measure and seek to reduce their carbon footprint. Haworth developed its initial environmental policy statement in the 1990s, and the company's current environmental mission is to be a sustainable corporation. In keeping with the principle of sustainability, Haworth's energy management practices aim to increase energy efficiency and utilize renewable energy alternatives with the long term objective of making the company climate-neutral. In 2010, Haworth purchased renewable energy certificates for 9 percent of its energy use in the US.
