Headquartered in San Francisco since 1997, Varsity has deep experience in the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure in schools and offices. Currently, Varsity Technologies purchases more than 67,000 kilowatt-hours a year of third-party certified renewable energy certificates (RECs) generated from wind. Purchasing RECs equal to 100 percent of electricity usage demonstrates the company’s commitment to a sustainable and cool world, and complements their existing green office operations and strategy.
