E3: Economy, Energy, and Environment - Supporting Manufacturing Leadership Through Sustainability (PPT) (6.5M) is a PowerPoint presentation that gives an overview of the E3 Program, and describes the benefits of E3, what E3 is, who is involved in E3, current E3 projects, and how to get a new E3 project started.

Pilot Projects

In Columbus, Ohio, federal partner agencies are coordinating to conduct technical assessments and provide training through work with six manufacturers, the city government, the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio, and American Electric Power. In San Antonio, Texas, the EPA, the Department of Commerce, CPS Energy, and the city government are working with six manufacturers.

A project charter template is required for any E3 Project.
