About the Model (scram9bp.pdf)

Download the Model

Version 9 of the Scoring & Ranking Assessment Model (SCRAM) is available here for download in two forms -- original and compressed. They are identical, except that the "zip" file has been compressed for quicker transfer over slower connections. After downloading the compressed file, you will need to use an "unzip" utility to restore it before use.

To view and run the model you must have Microsoft Excel 97 (or later), or another similar application that can open an Excel spreadsheet. The free Excel Viewer could be used to view and print the interface, but will not permit you to enter data and operate the model.

Note that the SCRAM was originally created in Lotus 1-2-3 format, but was moved to Excel in this version to accommodate the majority of users. Lotus 1-2-3 97 or later probably will open and run the model as currently implemented, but the interface will appear improperly formatted and difficult to use. If a Lotus 1-2-3 version becomes available, it will be added to this page at a later date.
